The US EPA released its new rules regarding lead based paint and renovation of pre 1978 homes on April 22, 2008. These rules will become fully effective in April 2010. However, much needs to be done prior to that date. NARI will be conducting a Webinar on June 24, 2008 to discuss the ins and outs of the new rule (NARI Live Learning Center),
